Certified Organic by MOFGA and grown regeneratively by one of the Meeting House Farm Collaborative Farms. Plants are dried immediately after harvest in an on-farm organic certified drying facility to maximize potency and preserve quality.

A selection of 1 lb dried botanicals is considered a pre-order.  It may be ordered in advance and will be shipped directly from Meeting House Herb farm once it is grown, harvested and dried.  Orders are shipped in the order they are received.  Pre-Orders are always filled first before being listed in our online farmer's market.

We typically start harvesting Mint in June.

In the Apothecary:

Preparations: Dried leaf infusion.

Uses: Digestive support. 

Energetics:  cooling

Tastes: pungent

Herbal Action:  nervine, digestive.

From our Experience:

We add mint to many of our tisanes to enhance the flavor.  Mint is one of the most requested herbal tisanes in North America – it’s lovely blended or on its own.  Mint combines well with most herbs; we typically use it as an accent in our blends, rather than as the base.
