Herbal Marketplace

We offer three Levels of Support to our growers -- this is our Herbal Marketplace model.

As an “Herbal Marketplace Grower,” your herbs are bagged as single-origin and then shipped directly from your location.

Each farm grows, dries, labels, and packages their own herbs. When customers place an order through the Marketplace, the herbs are shipped directly from your farm or garden to the customer's front door.Customers are free to order from multiple farms within one transaction, but each bag of herbs is single origin. Labels are unique to the farm, and shipped in a weatherproof Meeting House Farm mailing bag.

What are the perks of joining the Marketplace?

• Sales Tax, Shipping, and Processing Fees Covered – We cover all shipping-related fees, sales tax, and credit card processing costs.
• Easy Shipping – Receive Meeting House Farm branded mailing bags for your orders. All shipping labels and packing slips are emailed to you for your convenience Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST).
• Connection to Bulk Materials - Through our collaborative, we offer Group Savings on bulk packaging. By purchasing in larger quantities, we reduce packaging costs - and pass these savings directly onto you. 
• Direct-to-Customer Sales – You manage packaging and shipping from your location.
• Monthly Payouts and Accounting – Receive earnings on a predictable schedule every month. Bookkeeping included with membership.
• Diverse Product Options – Sell dried and fresh herbs, roots, flowers, mushrooms, oils, salves, and other herbal products that are made from your herbs. You create your description, manage your own inventory, and set your pricing guidelines.
  • Due to current permitting and state laws, we do not allow any products that contain CBD or THC, and products that are alcohol-based.
• Your Farm, Your Brand – Your farm’s name stays front and center. Ship with your own business card, labeling, branding, and/or promotional materials.
• Community & Support – Join monthly virtual gatherings, connect with farmers across the US, and find new bulk buyers.
• Educational Resources – Gain access to tools and guidance to help grow your business.

Is there a cost to join the Marketplace?

• There is no application fee.
  
• Herbal Marketplace 1: $55 per month or $600 per year (save $60 annually!) 
  • 94% Earnings on Sales – 6% transaction fee goes directly towards covering website marketplace fees and maintenance.
• Herbal Marketplace 2: $155 one-time payment
  • 80% Earnings on Sales – 20% goes directly towards covering website marketplace fees, maintenance, transaction fees, and associated administrative costs.
