We offer three Levels of Support to our growers -- this is our Herbal Marketplace model.

As an “Herbal Marketplace Grower,” your herbs are bagged as single-origin and then shipped directly from your location.

Each farm grows, dries, labels, and packages their own herbs. When customers place an order through the Marketplace, the herbs are shipped directly from your farm or garden to the customer's front door.Customers are free to order from multiple farms within one transaction, but each bag of herbs is single origin. Labels are unique to the farm but mailed in a Meeting House Farm shipping bag.

The herbal marketplace is currently in beta testing.

The Herbal Marketplace

• When a bag of herbs is sold, growers receive a payout of 94% of the sales price of the herbs.
• Payouts occur every 30 days (via check or direct deposit).

What are the perks of joining the Marketplace?

• We strive to meet as a collaborative regularly to build community, share farming tips, seeds, wisdom, and go in on bulk supply orders together.
• Your herbs will have the opportunity to be sold in our online store at meetinghouse.farm.

Additional perks

We received a grant that lets us offer these services to our growers for free!

• Herbs for sale at our Common Ground Fair booth (if desired by grower)
• Bookkeeping
• Liability Insurance
• Administrative & customer service
• A designated Grower Area on the Meeting House Farm website where you can add your products and track your inventory
• Seamless search capabilities so when customers search the entire Meeting House Farm Herb Grower Collaborative product offerings your herbs are included in the search results

Is there a cost to join the Marketplace?

• There is a $25 application fee. The application fee is waived during the beta period.
• Growers pay a 6% transaction fee per sale.
• There is also a $55 per month membership fee (or pay $600 for a full year upfront and save $60).
• If desired, monthly membership fees can be subtracted from sales.
• Special offer: During the first 3 months after opening your store, your fee is based on what you sell (and the remaining portion of your subscription payment will be waived!)
