Purple coneflower, often called Echinacea, is a North American perennial wildflower whose medicinal qualities have been revered for hundreds of years. Thriving in nearly every type of soil, purple coneflower grows up to four feet tall, with vivid, slender-petaled coneflowers atop its long stems. Pollinators love her all summer long, and she’ll keep blooming through fall if deadheaded.

Each seed packet comes with at least 25 seeds--all grown, dried, harvested, and packaged here on our farm. Our seed packets are beautiful and gift-worthy, made from earth-friendly brown kraft paper, hand-painted, labeled with helpful growing information for that specific plant, and tied with compostable twine.

Note: Purple coneflowers may come with chaff, which can be planted alongside seeds with no effect.
